Cutaneous Leishmaniasis (CL) is a major world health problem that is growing epidemically in many areas of the world including our region (Syria). Scarring after the recovery of Cutaneous Leishmaniasis (CL) is common. We described a case of cutaneous leishmaniasis which healed with milia and comedones formation.
